  • Checklist and list content you create (referred to in this policy as "shared content"), including but not limited to item text, title, and any notes you add
  • A random anonymous identifier assigned to your device to enable syncing and collaboration, without requiring you to create an account
  • Usage data and preferences
  • Communications you send us
  • Device information and advertising identifiers (see Section 7, "Third-Party Services")

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our products
  • Sync your shared content across your devices
  • Enable collaboration when you choose to share content with others — shared content is visible to anyone you invite or anyone with access to the share link/code, depending on how sharing is configured in the app
  • Send you technical notices and support messages
  • Respond to your comments and questions
  • Monitor and analyze trends and usage
  • Serve and measure the performance of ads within the app

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Cloud infrastructure providers that host and sync your data on our behalf (currently Google Firebase/Firestore)
  • Other users you choose to share content with. Shared content you mark as private remains visible only on your own devices; shared content you share is visible to your collaborators. You control what gets shared.
  • Advertising and analytics partners, who may receive device and advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads (see Section 7)
  • Service providers who assist in operating our website and products
  • Law enforcement when required by applicable law

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information and list content for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or until you delete it. Deleting shared content from the app removes it from our servers within 30 days. If you stop using the app, your data may be retained for a limited period before deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including encryption of data in transit and access controls on our cloud database.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. You can delete individual shared content directly within the app at any time. To request deletion of all data associated with your device, or to exercise other rights, please contact us at the address below.

7. Third-Party Services

Our app uses the following third-party services, which may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:

  • Google Firebase (Firestore, Authentication) — used to sync and store your list data and to assign your anonymous user identifier. Firebase Privacy Policy
  • AdMob — used to display ads and may collect advertising identifiers (such as IDFA), device information, and approximate location for ad targeting and measurement.
  • Google Firebase — used to understand app usage and improve our products.

8. Cookies and Mobile Identifiers

We and our third-party partners may use cookies, SDKs, and similar tracking technologies (including mobile advertising identifiers) to operate our website and app, and to serve and measure ads. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser, and manage app tracking permissions in your device settings.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "last updated" date.
